Return & Cancellation Policy

We’re thrilled to offer you a unique and personalized golf cart tour experience at the Round Top Antique Festival. To ensure smooth operations and fair scheduling for all guests, please review our return and cancellation policy below:

 Booking & Deposit

  • Each tour booking includes a $100 nonrefundable deposit.

  • This deposit secures your reservation and covers administrative and scheduling costs.

 Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your scheduled tour: You will receive a refund minus the $100 nonrefundable deposit.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled tour: Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued. The full ticket price is nonrefundable at this point due to limited availability and preparation costs.

Rescheduling

  • We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

Weather Policy

  • Tours operate rain or shine. In the event of severe weather or unsafe conditions, we may cancel or reschedule your tour. If we cancel due to weather, you’ll receive a full refund, including your deposit.

Request Refunds
Please contact totallytikaaroundtop@gmail.com to cancel or reschedule. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
